  4. Why should you cook at all? Everything looks so fresh and healthy. If I was you, I would eat it as row as I can.

  5. The Fresh Farm delivers special boxes with veggies and fruits that do not require cooking.
    Marulka's boxes are not of that type.
    For example, you cannot eat uncooked kale, mushroom, bok choy, collard, or potato. Actually not entirely true, you can make fresh juice, using kale.

  6. You can totaly eat kale raw. The salad I made for Christmas was raw kale with red onions and cranberries + pine nuts. I love how crunchy it is. Also mushrooms I eat raw all the time (I admit I am a bit weird to begin with) :). A very easy way to work with the veggies will be to sautee all very quickly so it still tastes fresh and a somewhat raw.
